      • ・Please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.

      • ・Lunch entry time is from 11:00 to 13:45.

      • ・Body treatment start time is from 10:00 to 20:30.

      • ・This plan requires advance payment at the 1st-floor hotel front desk before using both the spa and the restaurant.

      • ・Please contact us at least 24 hours before the treatment start time for cancellations.

        *Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
        For hotel guests, the fee will be charged to your room.
        For non-staying guests, payment must be made via bank transfer.
        Transfer fees are borne by the guest.

      • • Please make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.

      • • Afternoon Tea seating time is available from 14:30 to 19:00.

      • • Body treatment sessions are available from 10:00 to 20:30.

      • • Please make your payment at the 1st floor hotel front desk before using the spa and restaurant.

      • • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the treatment start time.

        *Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

        Hotel guests will be charged to their room.

        Non-staying guests are requested to make the payment via bank transfer.

        Bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

      Important Notes for the Day of Your Treatment

      • • The listed time refers to the treatment duration only.
        An additional 20 minutes is required for consultation and changing.

      • • The spa is available for female and male guests aged 16 and older.
        (Guests under 18 years old must provide a signed consent form from a parent or guardian.)

      • • For the safety of expectant mothers, certain treatments and courses may not be available.
        Please inform us in advance if you are pregnant.

      • • If you have high blood pressure, allergies, infectious diseases, or other medical conditions,
        please consult with the spa before making a reservation.
        Please refrain from consuming alcohol prior to your treatment.

      • • Guests with infectious diseases or those using medical electronic devices
        such as pacemakers may not be able to receive certain treatments.

      • • Due to reservation conditions, the use of the shower room may be restricted.
        Body oil does not need to be rinsed off; you may leave it on your skin for moisturization.

    Reservation Changes and Cancellations

    • ・If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the start time. Check the cancellation policy.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee. For hotel guests, the fee will be charged to your room account. Non-staying guests must pay the fee via bank transfer. Please note that any transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
