Reservation Changes and Cancellations

・If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the start time. Check the cancellation policy.

*Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee. For hotel guests, the fee will be charged to your room account. Non-staying guests must pay the fee via bank transfer. Please note that any transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
